Explain how mindfulness or meditation has fostered an increase in your psychological or spiritual wellness.
I have always have had a connection to my spiritual wellness. But I believe that the meditation exercise that I have learned have enhanced my experiences and have given me an additional guidance in my spiritual direction. My relationship with my spiritual creator is one that I have reached out to on a daily basis.
There were times when I felt that my creator had abandoned me. But I had to go thru some things to realize that was not the case. And my creator is stronger then ever in my life because of that.
How can you continue to apply these practices in your life to foster greater health and wellness?
I can continue to relate these ideas in my being when it comes to my health by making sure that I get some medical issues situated, exercise, and lose some weight.
When I look at wellness I can apply that to making sure that I de-stress my life, do my meditation exercises, journaling, and reki.
