At first I was not excited about doing the meditation exercise. I have tried it in the past and i had a hard time trying to relax. My surprised. I was able to relax and stay focused. I was able to keep up with my breathing, keeping my eyes closes, and keeping still.
I would recommend this exercise for anyone who once to make their lives a little less stressful. It worked for me. And I was only doing this exercise for less then 30 min.
I'm not good at all listening to someone telling me how to relax. I was, I believe, worse after the audio than before. Being a guy, I have a real problem letting another guy tell me how to relax. Maybe if there was a choice of either a male or female to choose from.
